So you are now doing club Clubbercise, what is this?
I am now doing Clubbercise - basically it is dancing in a darkened room with glow sticks and disco lights to fab tunes (90s and current club classics!) Every Monday at 7.15-8pm at St Luke’s Church in Bowdon :)

How is the Zumba going?
The Zumba is going brilliantly thanks! Still dancing away, shaking and shimmying as much as I can! To be honest, I just love to dance! It would be lovely to see some of the Altrincham Duck team one Monday evening!! It is on every Monday (except the bank holiday weekend at the end of August!)

Come rain or shine a community spirited volunteer visited her local Homebase store at Altrincham Retail Park every week to collect donations from generous customers.
Ann Yearsley’s hours of dedication were rewarded when she was able to hand over £4,190 to Francis House Children’s Hospice.
Store manager Gary Laybats said: “Ann has been tremendous, she receives a warm reception from all our customers who have been so generous in their support of Francis House.”
Francis Mouse, the hospice mascot, helped to receive the funds joined by store staff.
Charitable Ann also helps to run the 2 Little Ducks Community Group that supports local people in need in the Broadheath area of Altrincham.
The group also helps to decorate and sponsor a tree at the Festival of Christmas Trees pop-up shop display at the Lowry Outlet in Salford Quays. The annual event organised by Francis House, sees businesses and groups decorate a Christmas tree which then go to the highest bidder raising thousands of pounds for the Greater Manchester charity.
Francis House would like to thank Ann for being a ‘wonderful volunteer’ and long-term supporter.

What's the story on how this got started?
It's a children's adventure story about two best friends who love science and aspire to win the schools scientist of the year.
They create a makeshift laboratory from and old Bee Hive but one day stumble upon a treasure map hidden beneath the rotten wooden floor boards.
This starts the adventure
How does it feel that the press have picked up on the story?
I'm so delighted that we have featured in several local newspapers and I have been interviewed by 9 radio stations including BBC Radio Merseyside and BBC Radio Manchester . The passion with both have is being appreciated by many and that's all we have dreamt of.
I have already written two more novels, one is with my publisher and the third I'm editing.
My daughter is illustrating both.
Future plans
The plan is to be a successful writer/illustrator duo.
