Selfies or no selfies? 

Definitely selfies. I love a work based selfie, particularly one which includes a cup of tea and / or my laptop.   

Do you have a motivational quote?  

Hmmm not really. However my Dad (a very no-nonsense northern accountant) always said “If you want to do something, just do it. Don’t buggar around talking about doing it - just do it.” I totally agree with that sentiment and I think if you want to start a business you should start one, if you want to be a writer you should be one, if you want chilli for dinner you should cook it etc.
